OUR BEER PRODUCTION

By combining the highest production standards, quality ingredients, and traditional brewing craftsmanship, U Tří Růží Brewery has been granted the status of a monastic brewery of the Dominican Order, based in the neighbouring building—thus continuing a local brewing tradition that dates back to the 15th century. The house itself has a rich history: as early as 1405, the renowned brewer Beneš was granted brewing rights here, beginning one of the longest brewing traditions in the Czech lands.

The microbrewery, with an annual production capacity of 1,200–1,500 hectolitres, features a 10-hectolitre brewhouse manufactured by Pacovské strojírny. It is located on the ground floor of the restaurant and complemented by an open fermentation room, as well as fermentation and lagering tanks housed in the medieval cellar.
